Field Agent

Starting tier — open to anyone who completes onboarding and product training.

Earn commission on every retailer you sign and every order they place through your book. No stock purchase or deposit required.

Tier 2

Senior Agent

Unlocked after a sustained run of serviced outlets and on-time visit logging over a set number of months.

Higher commission bands, priority access to new promotions to pitch, and eligibility to mentor new agents joining your area.

Tier 3

Area Coordinator

Unlocked by consistently hitting coverage and strike-rate targets across a defined territory.

Override commission on the outlets serviced by agents you coordinate, plus input into route planning for your area.

Tier 4

Regional Partner

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order?
Most routes start from a single mixed pallet. Your agent will confirm the minimum for your area, since it depends on the delivery route serving your shop.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before cut-off are delivered on your area's next scheduled route — typically within 48 to 72 hours inside South Africa, and on published corridor schedules cross-border.
Does it cost anything to become an agent?
No. Registration, onboarding and training are free. Agents earn commission on the outlets they sign and service.
How do you protect my information?
We collect only what we need to trade with you. Our visitor and customer records deliberately exclude contact numbers and email addresses, and KYC documents are encrypted and deleted on a six-month retention schedule under POPIA.
Which countries do you serve?
South Africa is our home market, with active supply into Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania and Somalia.
